Thank you for shopping at MeadowShade. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product isn't used or damaged.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Initiating a Return
To return a product, follow these steps:

- Ensure the product is in its original packaging.
- Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, to Pizzeria Roma, Rome, 00184, Italy.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 30-day period has expired, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
